For the 2026–27 academic year, every room at 170 Center Street is home to Central Maine Community College students. The college leases the property as Mustang Hall — its off-campus residence hall, 1.5 milesfrom the Turner Street campus — and staffs it around the clock, the same as a dorm on campus.
That means we cannot take nightly reservations until the students head home in the spring. We would rather tell you plainly here than have you drive to Auburn and find no room.
One week after CMCCcommencement, once the building is turned over and every room is back to hotel standard. We are taking summer 2027 reservations now — by phone or email, and the front desk answers 24 hours.
